HOW DOES IT WORK?

  1. Apply to be Followed. If selected, you will receive a link to an iPhone app. Install it and await your following.
  2. You’ll be notified the morning of your following. Your Follower will be with you all day—within your consciousness but just beyond your sight—following, observing, appreciating each moment, without interfering.
  3. At the end of the day, you will be notified that your following has ended. Your Follower will leave you with one photo to remember.

The Follower performance is not currently open for applicants. The original run of Follower took place in San Francisco in 2016. It has also been performed in NYC, Amsterdam, Seoul, Torino, and Luxembourg. If you are interested in exhibiting the Follower performance in your city, please email hi@follower.today.
